Butter Chicken – cooked in a rich authentic tomato based gravy and a blend of rich earthy spices
Dal – Yellow & Red Lentils tempered with garlic, cumin seed, mustard seed, curry leaf, green chillies & garnish with onions.
Channa Masala – Chickpea cooked with home made spice paste, diced tomatoes, paprika and onions.
Chapati – Soft unleavened bread
Pakoras – Deep fried chickpea flour with spinach & spices, served with tamarind sauce.
Raita – Cucumber in yogurt, cumin, mustard seed & paprika, garnished with cilantro.
